Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure. We use tapered ISO insulation to create minimum 1/4" per foot slope to drains. Commercial Roofing
Modified bitumen (mod-bit) is still the best choice for high-traffic commercial roofs in Tonasket. We torch-apply SBS-modified base and cap sheets over properly primed concrete or approved decking.
